Clomid Mactropin

Pharmacological action

Pharmacological action – anti-estrogenic.
Blocks estrogen receptors in the hypothalamus and ovaries, increases the secretion of pituitary gonadotropic hormones (LH, FSH), which stimulates the maturation and endocrine activity of the follicle; as a consequence – stimulates ovulation and increases the concentration of estradiol in the blood.

Contraindications

Significant hepatic and renal insufficiency, uterine bleeding of unclear etiology, ovarian cysts, tumour or insufficiency of pituitary function, bleeding, pregnancy.

Side effects

Headache, dizziness, nausea, hot flashes, visual disturbances, cystic enlargement of the ovaries.

Storage conditions

In a dry place, protected from light, at a temperature not exceeding 25 °C.
Keep out of reach of children.

Shelf life

5 years.
Do not use after the expiry date indicated on the package.
